Praveen is an IT consultant by profession based in Melbourne, Australia.
Photography was a casual hobby from 2003 when he picked up his first DSLR camera but it was not until Covid hit that he spent a lot of time (and way too much money) learning and exploring landscape photography. Praveen would say his outlook towards nature, outdoors, light, and composition have changed since.
He is normally a very hyper and impatient person who wants to do half a dozen things at the same time but since 2020, he finds that when exploring nature, especially with his camera it slows him down and has taught him to live in the moment and appreciate details in nature. He is particularly drawn towards what our eyes can't normally see or scenes that are overlooked, such as Black and White, Details of the night sky, intimate scenes, and experimental photography.
