Her work reflects a deep connection to the land, shaped by her love for nature and her role as a mental health and remote travel nurse. For Bee, photography is not just an art form but a therapeutic outlet, offering viewers a chance to engage with the healing power of nature. Her image, Pink Lake Dimboola, features a top-down drone shot of Bee and her emotional support dog, Samson, standing in a salt lake in Dimboola, Victoria.
Annette Kelly
Annette took up photography in her retirement, driven by a desire to keep her mind and body active while learning new skills and exploring the world around her. One of her favorite spots to shoot is Lake Tyrrell, renowned for its dark skies, unique reflections, and is one of the best places in Victoria to capture the Milky Way. Annette’s stunning Milky Way was taken on a perfectly still night, capturing the striking reflection that astrophotographers dream of. Lake Tyrrell’s magical atmosphere continues to inspire Annette’s work, which invites viewers to witness the beauty of the stars in a place that feels timeless.

Melissa Jane
Photographer Melissa Jane is captivated by the world’s hidden beauty and the thrill of seeing things from new perspectives. One standout piece, Tainted Red, was taken from a small plane over the salt lakes of Lake Tyrrell. This captivating image emerged from the deep salt layers, revealing the vibrant, otherworldly beauty of the landscape.
